Ahead of SuiteWorld 2026: Most NetSuite Services Partners Are Failing to Deliver Solutions. The 13% That Do Are Twice as Profitable and Worth Twice as Much

Why positioning matters
Are you targeting financial transactions, supporting go-live, or delivering solutions?

Comparing partners by software platform alone tells only part of the story. Revenue, ownership, service mix and what a firm brings to customers give a more useful view of its competitive position. The full market map and company coverage are available on request.
Analyst Market Map Rankings Findings, Fall 26
Close to 500 firms appear in our NetSuite partner market map, and most services partners in it are privately held. That matters because these firms all work with the same core software. Their competitive position depends on what they add to it, from finance and deal work and industry knowledge to managed services and products of their own.
With SuiteWorld opening in Las Vegas on October 25, we looked at what our market map shows about partner ownership, what the official agenda signals about AI, and where our research fits into the conversation.
Our analysis covers the firms we could identify and classify from publicly available data, not every NetSuite partner. The counts and percentages below describe the firms in our map, not the whole NetSuite market.
How we group NetSuite partners
Services partners: implement, configure and support NetSuite, often alongside consulting or accounting work.
Software partners: build apps and integrations that work with NetSuite.
Solutions partners: in our review, firms that own software they sell alongside NetSuite services.
Investor Backed: in this post, firms with investor funding or a private equity owner, including private equity add-ons. Firms we list as private have neither.
SuiteWorld groups partners in a similar way. Its partner page addresses alliance and strategic partners, ISVs and developers, and solution providers and consultants.
Our finding: In our map, services partners are the largest group and the least Investor Backed

Our NetSuite Partners Mini Market Map, Winter 2025 and Fall 2026. Investor Backed includes PE-owned firms and PE add-ons. Source: DealNet; our market map analysis for 2025 and 2026, built from publicly available company data.
In our Fall 2026 map, services partners are the largest group: 303 firms, against 179 software partners. 17% of the services firms (51 of 303) are Investor Backed or PE-owned, compared with 41% of software partners (74 of 179). Our map lists 206 of the 303 services firms (68%) as private.
Our Winter 2025 map showed the same pattern with a wider gap: 12% for services and 55% for software. The partner list and categories changed between the two maps, so we read this as a direction to watch, not a measured market-wide trend.
Partners that combine their own software with services are rare in our map. We reviewed the 87 firms in its "solutions" group and found public evidence that 11 (13%) own software they sell alongside their services. This is a review of public evidence, not a finding that the other 76 have no software of their own.
Why it matters: in our analyst estimate, solutions are 2X more profitable than services alone, and buyers are pricing the difference. In DealNet, $5–50M services firms priced as tech-enabled solutions sold at ~3.1x revenue in 2026, against a 1.4x median for services deals, and quality tech-enabled services re-rated from ~1.5–1.7x toward 4–6x revenue this summer.
Our read: what partners offer beyond implementation deserves closer attention. Ownership alone does not explain why a firm competes well, but it helps show which firms may have different options for funding growth, buying capabilities, or selling the business.

Our take on the 2026 agenda
The official SuiteWorld site lists 8,000+ attendees, 350+ sessions and labs, and 150+ sponsors for October 25–28 in Las Vegas. We sorted the sessions in the official session catalog by each one's main topic, based on its title and summary. This is our own classification of a defined set of 347 sessions, and some could reasonably be sorted differently.

SuiteWorld 2026 official session catalog, read October 13, 2026 · 347 sessions, sorted by main topic by us. Excludes keynotes, pre-event training, learning-area listings and repeated time slots.
What stands out:
AI is at the center of the agenda. 124 sessions (36%) in our sort are mainly about AI and agents or NetSuite Next and Ask Oracle.
Finance is the largest business topic. 53 sessions in our sort focus on the close, payables and receivables, billing, tax and compliance.
Industry has its own track. 36 sessions in our sort are industry-specific, including the 17 industry roundtables listed in the catalog.
Partners have their own stage. The catalog labels 59 sessions as Partner Solutions sessions. That is the catalog's own label, not one of our topics, so these sessions are spread across the topics in the chart.
Three themes in the keynotes and sessions
1. NetSuite Next is the headline product. The opening keynote, "Ready for Next," with NetSuite founder Evan Goldberg, describes AI turning business software into "an intelligent partner that increasingly works for you." The product keynote description says it will show Ask Oracle and intelligent agents in action, and the Expo has a NetSuite Next Readiness Center.
2. Partners are presented by what they add. The Expo page lists "more than 150 partners" and a showcase of "partner technologies, services, and industry solutions."
3. Firms from our map are on the agenda, and their sessions involve AI. Four of the 20 firms in our Fall 2026 NetSuite services revenue rankings are listed as speakers in the official catalog:
Riveron: "AI-Powered Treasury for NetSuite," a panel with Tipalti and RSM
Connor Group: "AI in Finance Controls: Governance, ITGCs, and SOC Readiness"
Bryant Park Consulting: "AI Agents in Procurement," an AI agent it built inside NetSuite for a client
Myers-Holum: "No More Manual Entry: AI Document Parsing Built for NetSuite," presenting its own AI Document Parser
Our read: AI is becoming an important part of the partner conversation. In these session descriptions, partners present AI work they built, for a client or as their own product, not only implementation. If customers plan a move to NetSuite Next, we expect what a partner adds beyond implementation to be an important question.
Why partner positioning matters
Our Riveron and Centric profiles show two different answers to the same question. Based on each firm's own published materials, Riveron positions NetSuite within finance and deal work. Centric Consulting describes fitting NetSuite to how a business runs and supporting it after go-live. These slides come from our own published NetSuite partner carousel, not from the conference.
